This page describes the Project Valley Revamp website at projectvalleyrevamp.com. It covers information people send through the contact form and the limited technical data needed to run that form. It is not a description of a client project, and it is not a promise about security.

Who we are

Project Valley Revamp is a Phoenix-area digital studio founded by Ty and operated by Project Atlas Intelligence LLC. Questions about this page go to ty@projectvalleyrevamp.com. We do not publish a street address or a phone number.

What the form collects

If you send the form, we receive the fields you fill in:

• Name
• Business name
• Business email
• Website URL
• Phone, if you choose to provide it
• What you would like help with
• Your confirmation that we may contact you about the request

Your browser sends the form directly to Web3Forms. Web3Forms is the processor for that submission. It receives the fields you filled in, and it also receives your IP address and your browser’s user-agent. Web3Forms then emails the message to ty@projectvalleyrevamp.com. That address is a Google Workspace mailbox, and we read the message there. We do not ask for a street address.

This browser keeps a simple throttle on the device: up to 5 form attempts per hour, stored in localStorage. That record stays on your device. It is not an IP address limit, and it is not sent to us.

If a captcha is configured for the form, the page loads hCaptcha before the message is sent. hCaptcha may receive your IP address and browser data under its own privacy notice. If no captcha key is configured, hCaptcha is not loaded.

Why we collect it

We use the form so Ty can read what you sent and decide how to reply. The usual purpose is a look at your current website and a conversation about a possible revamp. Sending the form does not start a paid project and does not produce an automated analysis of the site.

How we use it

We read the submission, reply if we can help, and keep the email with ordinary business correspondence. We do not sell the information. We do not use it for advertising lists. We do not treat the message as instructions to an automated system.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site files. It does not receive the form as the mail processor. The browser submits the form directly to Web3Forms, and Web3Forms delivers the email to our Google Workspace mailbox at ty@projectvalleyrevamp.com. Web3Forms and, when the captcha is configured, hCaptcha are used to operate that form. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their processing. Google’s terms apply to the mailbox.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is not loaded unless a site token is configured at build time. If it is turned on later, it is used for aggregate page views. It is not used to build an advertising profile of form submissions.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept long enough to respond and to keep an ordinary record of the conversation. Our working practice is to keep them for up to 24 months after the last message, unless a project is still active or we are required to keep them longer. We do not promise an automatic deletion system.

Security

We use ordinary care in how the form is validated and how the email is sent. Transmission and storage can still fail or be accessed by someone they should not be. We do not guarantee that the form, the email, or our records are secure.

Your choices

You can email ty@projectvalleyrevamp.com to ask what we still have from a form submission, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will do so when we can, except where we need the record for an active conversation or a legal duty.

Changes

If this draft is approved and later changed, the updated page will replace it on this URL. The date at the top will change with it.
