Website terms of use

Draft dated September 28, 2026. Project Valley Revamp is operated by Project Atlas Intelligence LLC.

These terms cover use of the website at projectvalleyrevamp.com. They do not hire Project Valley Revamp to design or build anything. A paid project starts only when both sides sign a separate written agreement. If these terms and that agreement ever differ, the agreement controls the project and these terms still control use of this website.

Using the site

You may read the site and send the contact form for a genuine inquiry about your own business or a business you are allowed to represent. Do not use the site to break the law, to send malware, to probe the form, or to submit someone else’s personal information without a reason they would expect.

The form

The form asks for a website review. Submitting it does not create a contract, a deadline, or an obligation for us to reply. We may decline work. The success message means we received the request. It does not mean we have reviewed the site yet.

Concept redesigns

The before-and-after examples on the homepage are design concepts for fictional businesses. The names are invented. They are not clients, not testimonials, and not offers aimed at any real company that happens to use a similar name. Do not treat them as case studies.

No promise of results

Nothing on this site promises rankings, lead counts, revenue, or a particular business outcome. Descriptions of “converting” describe how a page is designed, not a guaranteed change in your numbers.

Intellectual property

The writing, layout, and original graphics on this site belong to Project Atlas Intelligence LLC unless a note says otherwise. You may not copy the site design and present it as your own. Fonts are used under their separate licenses, noted with the font files.

Acceptable use of names

You may link to the public pages. Please link to the full name Project Valley Revamp and not to a shortened name that could be confused with another business.

Liability

The site is provided as a source of information about the studio. To the extent the law allows, Project Atlas Intelligence LLC is not liable for decisions you make from reading the site, for a form submission that fails to arrive, or for damages that were not reasonably foreseeable. Some places do not allow certain limits. Where that is the case, the limit applies only as far as the law allows. This paragraph is part of a draft and needs Founder and counsel review before it is relied on.

Law

This draft is written for a studio operating in Arizona. Any dispute about use of the website, as distinct from a later project agreement, is intended to be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona. Confirm this with counsel before publication.
